All upcoming class tests, regular and backlog exam forms, and dates are given below for all semesters of the engineering diploma.

The calendar ensures uniformity, transparency, and smooth conduct of academic and examination activities across all MSBTE-affiliated institutes in Maharashtra.

• Odd Semester (3,5)

• First Semester

• Even Semester (Semesters 2, 4 & 6)

• Engineering & Technology (Yearly Pattern – Semesters 2 & 3)

• Examination Form Fill & Confirmation Schedule Summer 2026 Examination

• Start of Next Academic Year

• Institutes may conduct additional instructional days if needed.
• Extra instructional days must be arranged to cover the syllabus of First Semester / First Year / Direct Second Year students.
• All exam fees and penalties must be collected as per the RBTE/MSBTE schedule.
• Practical and term work must be completed through continuous assessment before the end of the term.
• Any change will be notified through official MSBTE circulars.
• Student enrollment remains provisional until approval of the merit list by the Regional Joint Director of Technical Education.
